How Often To Train? – Advice from Alexander Andreychenkov

When i was at the seminar with Alexander in Berlin we had many interesting conversations, one was regarding how often to train. His advice was:

When you miss a day of training you go back a week in terms of progress, when you miss a week of training you go back a month, when you miss a month of training you go back 6 months or a year.
